Navarra, Land of Diversity where 5 seasons a year are experienced, offers us the opportunity to enjoy its Natural, Cultural and Human Wonders. In Pamplona, visit the historic quarter of the old Iruña: medieval streets and walls, Camino de Santiago, San Fermín Running of the Bulls, historical places, etc… the Baztan Valley. characterized for being a land of hidalgos and indianos, pilgrims, witches and smugglers also left their mark. The Zugarramurdi Caves "Sorginen Leizea" as this karstic complex is called, refers to the pagan celebrations that took place in some of its rooms in ancient times. We will enjoy a free day to choose the experience we want to live in these lands of stories and legends.

Day 1. CITY OF ORIGIN – PAMPLONA

Arrival in Pamplona in the morning and accommodation. In the afternoon, a guided tour of the streets of the historic center of old Iruña: medieval streets and walls, Camino de Santiago, San Fermín Running of the Bulls, historical places, etc…

Day 2. PAMPLONA: Baztán Valley and Zugarramurdi Caves

Breakfast and departure to visit the Baztan Valley first. Nestled in the Atlantic Pyrenees, it is a valley characterized by being the land of hidalgos and Indians, who returned from overseas with a large fortune that they invested in remodeling it. pilgrims, witches and smugglers also left their mark. Elizondo is the capital of the valley, and is surrounded by an idyllic natural setting.

The Zugarramurdi Caves "Sorginen Leizea" as this karstic complex is called, refers to the pagan celebrations that took place in some of its rooms in ancient times and that, in the Inquisitorial Process from 1609 to 1614, were presented as evident evidence that in Zugarramurdi acts were developed where witchcraft was practiced. Return to Pamplona.

Day 3. PAMPLONA: Navarre Experience

Free day in bed and breakfast. Possibility of optional excursions or free time to walk around the city or shop.

Day 4. PAMPLONA: Irati Forest and Roncesvalles

Breakfast and departure to Roncesvalles. The historic defeat of Charlemagne and the Camino de Santiago made Roncesvalles memorable, a shelter for walkers and pilgrims, the focus of legends and a meeting place for cultures. The solid walls of the collegiate church, built in the shelter of the port of Ibañeta, will protect you from the hostile winter and transport you to a world of battles and myths. A place of passage where history and legend are concentrated, Orreaga/Roncesvalles is a beautiful forest area located in the Navarrese Pyrenees and is the point mostly chosen by pilgrims to start the Camino de Santiago in Spain.

Day 5. PAMPLONA – CITY OF ORIGIN

- Lunches. We will arrange a restaurant where the group will go for lunch and it is not included in the price (direct payment). Prices during the week of €12/16/pers and weekends between €20/25/pers.

- Any other expense not specified in the program and not mentioned as included.

- Travel Assistance and Cancellation Insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- The visits may be modified, both in content and in form, due to changes in the entities to be visited, due to weather conditions, for reasons beyond our control or programming readjustments.

- Our excursions and guided tours are not canceled due to adverse weather conditions. Navarra can offer us a very different climate from one valley to another, even on the same day.

- You do not walk excessively, but it is advisable to wear comfortable closed shoes.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

- We must bear in mind that we are going to rural areas and that we have to respect the established protocols at all times and with great scruple. The local population may have some fear and suspicion that people from outside their territory can bring the virus to them. With what we have to be very respectful with them and with the protocols.

- The protocols established by Health will be applied at all times. These may be subject to change, even shortly before the Experience or visit takes place. In which case it will be the guide and the places that are visited who will make us comply with the existing protocols at all times.

- We will greet each other without physical contact.

- For your safety and that of everyone, if you have a fever or any symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been in contact in the last 14/10 days (according to health indications) with someone with Covid-19, refrain from participating in activity. - The use of masks is mandatory at all times.

- Maintain the safety distance of 1.5 meters between people who do not live together.

- In closed areas, restaurants, etc... or in places where the safety distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained, it is mandatory to comply with the protocols established in each place.

- Hand cleaning with hydroalcoholic gel very frequently.

- Do not exchange material or share drinks, food, sun creams or lipsticks. What one person has touched, another cannot touch without first disinfecting it (if they are not a family unit that lives together).

- Pamphlets that are seen do not take them. Ask the staff.

- The guide will enforce health protocols at all times. In case of non-compliance by any participant, by decision of the guide he will leave the group and will not be entitled to any refund.

NECESSARY MATERIAL

- Being an activity that lasts about 8 hours in total, take 2 masks just in case: either standard (4h) or FFP2 or KN95 (8h).

- Hydroalcoholic gel

- Sunglasses.

- Cap with visor or hat to protect us from the sun.
