Small group program with Spanish-speaking guide from 4 people.
With this route we propose you to discover the most unknown region of China. Yunnan province, located to the southwest, is the most geographically and ethnically diverse region in the country. No other province offers so much variety; high-altitude mountain ranges in the area bordering Tibet, medium heights in the center, volcanic areas and legendary rivers, such as the Yangtze, Mekong or the Pearl; that cross the province. There are also 25 ethnic minorities in Yunnan out of the 55 recognized in the country.
Our route begins in Kunming , a city known in China as "The City of Eternal Spring " for its mild climate all year round. We begin our route to the town of Jianshui, an ancient city located on the route of the
Silk from the South or from the old tea and horse route. We will follow the road until we reach Yuanyang. In this small town, home to the Yi, Hani and Miao minorities, are the most beautiful and spectacular rice terraces in the world.
We will then continue our adventure to Shilin or the Stone Forest , recently included in the list

We will continue to the charming town of Weishan where we will also visit the Weibaoshan Mountain, one of the most important Taoist mountains in the country. En route we will visit the town of Donglianhua, inhabited mainly by the Muslim Hui ethnic group. We will continue to the town of Dali , located in an incomparable natural setting, between the majestic mountains of Cangshan with an average height of 4000m and Lake Erhai and populated by the Bai minority.
From here we will drive to Shaxi, which was an important trading town on the ancient horse and tea route. We will continue by road to Lijiang, whose ancient city preserves the old town intact and in its entirety. En route we will stop at the Tiger Leaping Gorge , where the waters of the Yangtze River have created one of the deepest gorges in the world.
Next we will arrive at Z hongdian, a town where the mythical Shangri-la is located and which is located at 3200
meters above sea level. This place marks the beginning of the Tibetan world.
But we will also enjoy the varied and rich gastronomy of the province. We will try some of the more than 200 types of mushrooms that are produced in Yunnan, its fresh and varied vegetables, the cuisine based on fresh flowers, roses, jasmine, etc. The only goat cheese that is consumed in the country and that comes from the population of Dali and its famous rice noodles across the bridge in Jianshui, we will taste in Shangri.la Yak meat in very different ways, stew, hamburger,
