A few years have passed since, in the mid-nineties of the last century, we had our first experience as clients of Viajes Itsaslur Bidaiak, on the occasion of a trip we made to London, and whose accommodation we requested from friends of Itsaslur. The alternative they offered us were two central apartments next to Trafalgar Square, which fully satisfied both the needs of our family and that of three friends from Iparralde/Landas who accompanied us on this occasion.

From that moment on, every time the decision to rely on Itsaslur's services has been in our hands, we have done so. Both on a personal level (Florence and Fuerteventura), and with friends from Landes (Paris). Also when we have done it with the crew (Netherlands) and more regularly in recent years when we have traveled in the company of family and friends from Tolosa (Slovenia, Sardinia, Baltic Republics, Lombardy-Trentino-Alto Adige-Veneto, Romania and Croatia).

This 2020 we had already made our reservations to make a trip to Armenia and Georgia, but the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic have prevented the trip from taking place.

From this already quite long experience we can conclude that the relationship with Viajes Itsaslur Bidaiak has been very satisfactory both in terms of personal attention and quality of the services that we have contracted with their mediation.

As usual, we have had some incidents in these years, two of minor importance that were resolved without problems and another with a little more importance in which only the lack of professionalism of the staff of the hotel establishment was unable to resolve.

In many cases we have wanted to collaborate with Itsaslur by transferring our experiences to them at the end of the trip, and informing them of the most favorable points of the trip and also, of course, of any unfavorable points if there had been one.

As a result of the cancellation of the trip to Armenia/Georgia, we have been reimbursed the amount of the plane tickets that we had already paid for months, but the terms have been adjusted to the action of the airline and also depending on the date in which we request the return.

Now, like many people, we are waiting for this pandemic to end to start getting excited about some new trip, for which we will surely count on the services of the friends of Viajes Itsaslur Bidaiak.

If you want an active bike trip, well organised, entertaining with no time to get bored and lots of things to see, the Danube is an excellent opportunity. Good accommodation, maximum respect for cyclists, good food in Germany, although breakfasts are somewhat weaker in Austria. The perfect signaling and 100 km a day is carried out well and without difficulty, but it does seem like a lot, it is possible to do more stages without problems. The organization of Viajes Itsaslur impeccable.

They told me that they would refund the amount of the canceled flight and it has been so, despite the time that has passed and the fact that the moment is not easy at all. The experience with Itsaslur has always been positive.

We like to travel on our own, safe, while experiencing sensations of different cultures. For many years we have made trips to different countries of the world with drivers, guides, trekking, motorhomes, etc. Countries like China, New Zealand, Tanzania (with trekking to Kilimanjaro), Peru, Vietnam, Cambodia, Argentina, Chile, Norway, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, USA, etc. All excellent, it is hard to decide on one.

We always travel with Itsaslur and are delighted with them, we have always been successful . They are always there behind when an unforeseen event arises.

Traveling is one of my passions, one of the 'vices' that I allow myself. As they say "traveling is enjoyed before, during and after the trip". And part of that enjoyment I share year after year with my friend Amaia from Itsaslur and her colleagues.

The fact of traveling alone most of the time determines my travel planning, but at Itsaslur they help me design an itinerary, sometimes shared with different groups, sometimes alone, but always adapted to my needs. A design that ends up being like a tailored suit. They already know my tastes and they know that I adapt to everything or almost everything... I am an active person, I like trekking and nature, but also art, architecture and getting to know other cultures. I like to improvise and within the marked plan we always leave space to make alternative visits or excursions on my own.

Already en route, the service provided by the agency is fast and efficient. During the trips, everything has happened to me: flight cancellations, transport does not appear... and they have always looked for a solution despite the time changes and the distance. I know that Amaia and her team fight with anyone to defend their client.

Argentina, Mexico, Peru, South Africa, Chile... these are trips that have been etched in my memory as some of my best life experiences. If you travel alone you are 'forced' to interact with the country and its people, something that I love. And every time I see news from those countries or review photographs, I continue to enjoy my memories and my travels. Thank you Itsalur.

We are a couple who love to travel... we have always been dreamers and we like to see the world. Meet different people, their culture and we love nature.

For all these reasons, we wanted to find a travel agency that knew the countries to visit (their customs, their places), when to go, how to go... and of course that also knew how to solve any problems that might arise before and during the trip. . I was going to many travel agencies looking for this type of advice and the truth is that it was very very difficult to find, rather impossible…. Until suddenly, on a corner of Calle Sangüesa I saw a small travel agency called “ Itsaslur”, and I said… let's try it. At that time, the idea was to go to Brazil. Amaia attended me, and it was great! I said to myself: This is the person I was looking for. The first thing he transmits is the security with which he speaks to you about that country. How to do it, when to go, what to visit. A person who likes what he is doing. Someone who not only takes you a brochure and reads you what is written (that's why I can do it myself). Someone really professional.

In the end, for other reasons, that year we did not go to Brazil, but I knew that I was not going to go to any other agency that was not Viajes Itsaslur.

We have been to many countries with them (New Zealand, India, Zambia, Indonesia, Uganda, Egypt etc…) and everything was perfect.

And not because everything went well, but when there were problems they knew how to solve it effectively. I remember, without a doubt, when we were in Uganda and unfortunately my mother died while there. Quickly, we called the Agency to arrange for us to return as soon as possible... and they did so, and very well.
