Safe and flexible flight with Iberia, Air France and KLM

Iberia has implemented a new flexibility measure that applies from November 1, 2020:

Customers with Public Rates may modify the dates of their flights or obtain a voucher refund, if they affect any of the following circumstances within the 15 days prior to the flight:

• Entry prohibitions decreed at the place of destination.
• Mandatory confinement or quarantine measures at the destination (which cannot be avoided with a Negative COVID test)
• Obligation of confinement or quarantine in the place of origin in a sudden way (confinement decreed in the region, province, municipality or hospital area; positive COVID19 test result of a cohabitant.
• Test positive for COVID19.

For their part, Air France and KLM continue to offer guarantees and flexibility so that you can book with confidence. For those customers who want to make a new reservation, but are not sure due to COVID-19, there is the possibility to easily postpone or cancel the trip and request a refundable voucher. Not only can flights be changed to a new date, but destinations can also be changed. In both cases, if the price of the new ticket is higher, the difference must be paid.
