Until now it was mandatory to present a negative PCR test to enter the Balearic Islands.
As of this Sunday, May 23, a negative PCR will not be required from Spanish tourists.
Those who are vaccinated and those who come from autonomous communities where the incidence of cases per 100,000 inhabitants is below 60 cases in 14 days, even if they are not vaccinated, will not have to present any type of proof . Those who are vaccinated must have received the first dose at least 15 days before arrival on the islands.
While the rest of unvaccinated national tourists may present an antigen test or a PCR.
We are glad that this measure is being taken, which will undoubtedly favor the reactivation of tourism.
