Day 1. KANSAI-KYOTO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

After the necessary customs procedures, you will be received by our guide / assistant in Spanish and transferred by public transport to your hotel in the city of Kyoto.

Day 2. KYOTO

Breakfast. Our guide / assistant in Spanish will be waiting for you at the hotel reception to start the day of visits by public transport in the city of Kyoto. The visits will begin with the famous bamboo forest in Arashiyama through which we will walk enjoying nature while we see the wonderful temples that this magnificent place offers us, such as the Tenryuji Temple, which has a Zen garden that dates back to the 14th century. We will go to the great Golden Temple of Kinkaku-ji, responsible for a large part of the postcards that speak of this city. We will continue sightseeing in Higashiyama area. We will visit the Kiyomizudera and its famous Ninezaka and Sannenzaka original paving streets. To end our day of visits we would continue to the so-called neighborhood of the Geishas, Gion, where the tour will end. They will be advised to continue on their own.

Day 3. KYOTO – NARA - KYOTO

Breakfast. Our guide / assistant in Spanish will be waiting for you at the reception to start the day of visits in the city of Nara by public transport. We will walk through the beautiful Nara park, where we can see hundreds of wild deer until we reach the great Todai Ji Temple, considered the largest wooden building in the world by the Guinness Record. On our return to the city of Kyoto, we will make a mandatory stop at the Fushimi Inari temple, known largely for its large "Torii" corridor or traditional Japanese arch. At the end of the visiting day, they will be advised to continue on their own.

Day 4. KYOTO

Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the city of Kyoto at your leisure. Visits to the Higashiyama area are recommended, where you can see the well-known Kiyomizu-dera religious complex, made up of several temples that are also the protagonists of the best postcards in Japan. In the vicinity of Kiyomizu-dera you can see people dressed in classic Japanese clothing while enjoying a street full of shops. It is also highly recommended to visit the Nishiki covered market where you can find a wide variety of food from the region.

Day 5. KYOTO – OSAKA – MOUNT KOYA

Breakfast. Our guide / assistant in Spanish will be waiting for you at the reception to travel together to the sacred area of Mount Koya. Upon arrival at Mount Koya we will visit the most touristic places in this sacred area, including the famous Okunoin cemetery. At the end of the visiting day, you will be able to enjoy the Buddhist customs of the Shukubo (Buddhist temple, with resident monks, which offers accommodation for pilgrims and tourists) where you will stay.

*It is highly recommended to send your bags to your hotel, Kumano Club.

Day 6. MOUNT KOYA – KUMANO (day 1)

Breakfast. First thing in the morning our guide / assistant in Spanish will be waiting for you to go together to the Mount Koya station and board the local bus that will take you to the sacred area of Kumano Kodo. During the journey they will make a stop along the way to have lunch on their own at a roadside restaurant. We will get off the bus at Yunomine Onsen, where our specialist guide will be waiting and together we will start a walk of approximately 3.5 km. We will make a stop at the largest Torii in the world, the Hongu Oyunohara Torii, with almost 34 meters high, 42 meters wide and weighing 172 tons. We will continue the walk until we reach the famous Hongu Taisha Sanctuary, which they say brings luck in the future. The ryokan's private transport will pick us up and take us to its facilities. Dinner at the ryokan.

Day 7. KUMANO (Day 2)

Breakfast. This day we will walk the famous Kumano Imperial Route, the Nakahechi route, for approximately 13 km, we will navigate the Kumano River until we reach the vicinity of the great Hayatama Taisha Shrine, which is said to take care of the pilgrim's present, if they are still With strength you can climb the more than 500 stone steps to the great Kamikura Jinja Shrine where you will have one of the best views of the Shingu area. At the end of the day you will be transferred to the Kumano Club hotel complex.

Day 8. KUMANO (Day 3)

Breakfast. This day we will walk about 8 km in the continuation of the Nakahechi Route until we reach the great Nachi Taisha Shrine, which is said to help us learn from the past. Today's path is considered one of the most difficult within the Kumano Kodo routes and also one of the highest, which is why it was baptized with the name of Ogumotorigoe, which means above the high clouds. At the end of the day you will be transferred to the Kumano Club hotel complex.

Day 9. KUMANO (Day 4) - NAGOYA

Breakfast. This day we will walk about 10 km along the Iseji coastal route until we reach the famous Matsumoto Toge route, which was paved recreating the old Edo era, we will be able to feel what it was like to walk on this old and reconstructed route just as they did in back then. We will enjoy beautiful mountainous landscapes, and once we reach the top we will have the honor of seeing the Kumano area and its beaches from above. We will be next to the old location of a castle of the time and we will descend to walk through the streets of the coastal village of Odomari Cho, we will continue walking near the coast to see volcanic stones with different shapes until we reach the oldest Shrine in Japan, the Hana no Iwaya. We will continue walking 1.3 km to Kumano station, where we will be boarded by train to the city of Nagoya. Upon arrival in the city, you will be greeted by an attendant and transferred to your hotel a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station.

Day 10. NAGOYA – NAKASENDO ROUTE (MAGOME – TSUMAGO) - TAKAYAMA

Breakfast. Our guide / assistant in Spanish will be waiting for you at the reception to together move to Nagoya station and board the express train to Nakatsugawa station. Together with our guide / assistant, they will board the local bus that will take them to the town of Magome, an old stop on the Nakasendo Route, a path frequented, among many others, by samurai of the time. You will walk through the beautiful streets that remind of other times and enter nature for approximately 9 km towards Tsumago, another stop on this famous route. After enjoying the town of Tsumago, they will board a local bus to Takayama. Upon arrival at Takayama station, you will go with our guide to your ryokan, a classic Japanese accommodation, just a few meters from Takayama station.

Day 11. TAKAYAMA – SHIRAKAWAGO - KANAZAWA

Breakfast. You will have the morning free to visit the Miyakawa morning market as well as visit the old town. Our guide / assistant in Spanish will be waiting for you at the reception to travel together by local bus to the beautiful village of Shirakawago. You will walk through its beautiful fairytale streets being able to enjoy each of the roofs of these magnificent houses, as well as the warmth of its inhabitants. Together they will go to one of its house museums to be able to enjoy its interior while enjoying a warm Japanese tea. At the end of your visits, you will take a local bus back to Kanazawa city. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 12. KANAZAWA - TOKYO

Breakfast. Our guide / assistant in Spanish will be waiting for you at the reception to start the day of visits by public transport in the city of Kanazawa. We will start the day visiting the Nomura house museum and garden in the samurai district of Nagamachi, a place where time seems not to have passed. We will also visit Higashichaya, a well-preserved historical area of Kanazawa with many traditional wooden buildings. This area was established in 1820 as an entertainment district for wealthy merchants and nobles. We will continue the day through the famous park and garden of Kenroku-en, considered one of the most beautiful in all of Japan. At the end of the visiting day, they will be boarded on a bullet train to the city of Tokyo. Upon arrival in the city of Tokyo, you will be greeted by an assistant and transferred to your hotel in the country's capital.

Day 13. TOKYO

Breakfast. Tours will begin at Meiji Jingu, a Shinto shrine dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shōke. We will continue the visits through the neighborhoods of Harajuku (Center for teen fashion and cosplay culture) and Omotesando, an exclusive commercial neighborhood of the capital. We will move to the Asakusa district, we will visit the oldest temple in Tokyo, Senso-ji. We will cruise along the Sumida River until we reach the artificial island of Odaiba from where we will be able to see a panoramic view of the great metropolis of Tokyo and where the day of visits will end. You can continue the visits on the artificial island at your own expense or return to your hotel if you prefer.
